I have checked your test file with Ghostscript 9.15, and it works  
fine. So, for what it seems it is some sort of limitation of Adobe PS  
interpreter. If I recall correctly, they were getting memory issues on  
camelot when dealing with CSA based on stack. I am adding this to the  
list of things to do, but the fact this is an issue that happens only  
on camelot make me think maybe the issue is not on lcms side.  
Otherwise, the PS part of lcms is now in maintenance mode, and may  
dropped in a future, as very few people is using actually that.
