An error has been reported in the Java OpenJDK 8:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8032243The error message is LCMS error
13: Couldn't link the profiles which seems to indicate the problem is related
to LCMS.
Do you have any thoughts or insights on what might be the cause of this
problem?
The error is fairly difficult to reproduce. I have only seen it in heavy
multi-threaded environments. This seems to indicate that there is a threading
issue.
I have not seen the problem in OpenJDK 7. Apparently they are using LCMS v2.4
in OpenJDK 7while they are using LCMS v2.6 in OpenJDK 8. Do you know of any
changes in LCMS thatmight lead to this error?
