Which LDAP server? Does the log of the LDAP server show any access from the machine running the web server? Does sniffing the network with tcpdump or Ethereal show any relevant activity? Try binding by using the command-line tools to make sure the password used for "cn=Manager,dc=ejemplo,dc=com" is correct.
