ok problem solved

dn: dc=novo,o=PERFIL,dc=EIA,dc=optimus,dc=pt
dc: novo
objectClass: dcObject
objectClass: alias
aliasedObjectName: o=perfil,o=PERFIL

now i have another problem when i do
ldapsearch -a always -x -b "dc=EIA,dc=optimus,dc=pt" "dc=novo"

this is the display:
# extended LDIF
#
# LDAPv3
# base <dc=EIA,dc=optimus,dc=pt> with scope sub
# filter: dc=novo
# requesting: ALL
#

# search result
search: 2
result: 0 Success

# numResponses: 1


any idea??????

can some1 tellme what appened?????
@ the moment i have this tree:
dc=EIA,dc=optimus,dc=pt
        o=USERS
        o=PROFILES
               o=perfil
                    objectClass: organization
