I am looking for the equality string and syntax for message digests of a boot file that I plan to store.
Some of the data are LHEX[0-9a-z] and full(?) Hex[0-9a-zA-Z] created through md5, sha1-sha512 and rmd160. Can you tell me, is the data format that I have containing [0-9a-zA-Z] known as a base 64 binary? I've seen this information but did not see the character sequence that a base 64 binary includes. Additionaly, other than the OpenLDAP and IETF RFC documentation are there any other documents that assist the beginning LDAP developer in creating accurate equality and syntax schema definitions? I've read a great deal(to get to where I am) but find that my best bet will be to create data and toy around with the queries...but that will not be that accurate of an assessment of what is possible.
