hello. Everybody: I have a openldap installation which contained many contacts in it. And here is an example of a contact in ldif format.
dn: uid=test,ou=contacts,ou=renascence.eoa.cn,dc=example,dc=com uid: test cn:: 6IOh5bCP5aeQ sn:: 5pqC5peg givenName:: 5pqC5peg uidNumber: 1004 gidNumber: 1000 homeDirectory: /home/false o:: 5LiJ5Zu955S15a2Q5pyJ6ZmQ5YWs5Y+4 ou:: 5Yqe5YWs5qW86buE5rWm5Yy6 physicalDeliveryOfficeName:: 5YyX5Lqs5Lic6LevNjY45 +35LiK5rW356eR5oqA5Lqs5Z+OQ jUyMOWupA== postalCode: 200001 telephoneNumber: 021-53085813 initials:: 5aWz5aOr title:: 6LSi5Yqh note:: PHA5ouo5omT5YiG57G7OuatpOWFrOWPuOWxnuS6jkLnsbsuPC9wPjxwPumXrumimOS4gDog6LS15Y objectClass: evolutionPerson objectClass: posixAccount And i configure the addressbook of evolution to visit this database. But there isn't any result. But from other ldap client, such as ldap browser, phpldapadmin etc .., it works correctly. I am sure that the configuration in the addressbook of evolution are correct. So i guess maybe the openldap server has some mistakes. But i am a little bind with this situation. Does any special configuration required, or there has something missing in the data. Every response is highly appreciated. Thanks.
