There is the residentialPerson objectclass;  but that probably isn't
what you want.

Part of me, actually quite strongly, says - DON'T.  If you are using
this in any public/corporate situation then distributing someones home
address and/or phone number is a pretty dangerous thing to do.

But inetOrgPerson provides the homePostalAddress and homePhone
attributes.
