[ldap] Anyone know of a good How To?

Hi

I am just getting started with LDAP and although I dont need to I want to learn about configuring LDAP and progress with it. Eventually I would like to learn how to use LDAP for user authentication, and integrate this with SAMBA as a win2k domain logon server.

What I could doo with is either a website or a good How To for ldap/openldap to get me started. It would be especialy useful if it detailed how to integrate with PAM for user authentication on SUSE 9.3, but I realise this may be TOO specific!

Any tips from people who have done this, ie common pitfalls are also welcome.
