This is the schema we use (the 'inetLocalMailRecipient' aux objectclass)

Also what we do,  works very well with sendmail.

We duplicate the value(s) from 'mail' into 'mailLocalAddress', but we
have an app for user management, so it isn't any big deal.

If your using a recent Sendmail it includes a schema that will cover all
this.
