I'm an interaction designer working on the (open source, yada yada) Fedora Directory Server, and trying to better understand how people are using LDAP servers. If you've done a conversion from NIS (or any similar alternative) to LDAP (any product or project) for authenticating machine logins, I'd be very interested in talk w/ you. Hopefully by talking to a number of people I can figure out how to make things better *grin*
