[ldap] Extension class by auxiliary class or add attribute?

I have need to expand the OrganizaitonalUnit and Group classes.
I have seen that I can make in two manner:
        - Define new auxiliary class (new OID );
        - Add attributes in classes;

I use attributes  that already are defined in the schema (mail, 
wwwhomepage ecc.)

Which technical to choose?
