What you are trying to do should work just fine. The only problem I
see is that structuralObjectClass is not an attribute that you can set
yourself. However, you say that you are using slapadd and that has
always accepted it in the ldif as far as I know (I use 2.3.39 not 2.3.35
and never ran 2.3.35 so I can't say if there was a problem there or
not).
However, my recommendation would be to remove the
structuralObjectClass attribute from your ldif and let slapadd determine
what to put there itself.
You also didn't show them in your sample, but I assume you know you
have to create the superior DNs so that you can create these. If you
don't have "dn: ou=companies,dc=dummy,dc=nl" as an entry, you can't
create these children entries.
