Hello.

Is it common to add document to LDAP as an attribute? e.g. I'd like to
add CV (in PDF or RTF format) to personnel's entry. In this case what
attributes are recommended or standardized to be used?

I should have googled it out but "ldap document attribute" always return
me 10 pages of search results of documents about ldap attributes, not
documents as ldap attributes.
