I have given up on using DSS on OS X for large projects such as gtkD.
Too many things just seem broken on OS X and there's not enough
development activity on DSSS to hope that they'll be fixed soon.
However, I was able to build gtkD with LDC successfully on OS X using
a Makefile. I posted the makefile in the gtkD forum at dscource if
anyone's interest in using it. Here's the link:
