I've got a LDom running S10U5, VFS 5.0MP3
I've supplied a disk.
vol4
/dev/rdsk/c2t200500A0B81FE6B3d1s2
Which is a LUN from a 6130.
It appears in the LDom
# format
Searching for disks...done
AVAILABLE DISK SELECTIONS:
0. c0d0 <SUN146G cyl 14087 alt 2 hd 24 sec 848>
/virtual-devices at 100/channel-devices at 200/disk at 0
1. c0d1 <SUN-CSM100_R_FC-0619 cyl 5118 alt 2 hd 64 sec 64>
/virtual-devices at 100/channel-devices at 200/disk at 1
Specify disk (enter its number): ^D
But vxdctl errors
# vxdctl enable
Jan 28 14:59:45 t2k02-1 vxvm:vxconfigd: V-5-1-12223 Error in claiming
/dev/rdsk/c0d1s2: No such file or directory
vxdisk list only shows the root disk
# vxdisk list
DEVICE TYPE DISK GROUP STATUS
c0d0s2 auto:none - - online invalid
Which is local to the control domain.
I did identify a couple of missing patches, so have applied the DEC EIS
cd s10 bundle.
But no difference once the patches were applied.
The system has been built from a customer supplied flash archive, so
there may be pkgs missing. But not sure what.
TIA
