I have created a virtual switch and then created a vnet tagged to this switch for each of two guest domains. There is no physical adaptor defined for the switch; it is only for inter-domain communication.
When ftp'ing files between the two domains using this private switch, to check I am getting 45000-51000Kbytes/sec or around 50% of a gigabit link. Has anyone gotten higher speeds and/or know what to expect from such a link? Thanks very much, Ben -- This message was posted from opensolaris.org
