If you stop all of the guests to a bound state and reboot the primary
ldom, will the guests restart automatically.

If you stop all of the guests to a bound state and power off/on the
system, will the guests restart automatically.

This question does not involve a reboot of the guest domains.

This seems to be mixing "restart" and "auto-boot."   What do
you mean when you say restart?  Do you mean resume versus reboot?
