What I did for my T5220s, is aggregate all 4 connections together and just 
create one VSW. We didn't like using all the IP addresses needed to get IPMP 
working on each LDOM. The aggregation also makes it much more manageable to 
support. But it depends on what you want the end result to look like and the 
flexibility of your Network support group.
