If they are already on a sun4v platform, you should be able to upgrade
them to a release of Solaris 10 that has T5220 support (S10u4 aka
8/07), create a flash archive of the upgraded boot environment, then
install that flash archive into the LDom using jumpstart. When you
perform the upgrade, be sure to install the SUNWCXall cluster to get
support for as wide of a variety of hardware as possible.

If it is not currently on a sun4v platform, you will have a tougher
time. I suspect that you could copy the boot disk into the LDom's
boot disk, then perform an upgrade in the LDom (not live upgrade - the
copied image won't be bootable). However, I have not tried this and I
suspect that it is not a supported operation.
