Oracle RAC currently work on LDoms I/O domains with physical devices. Oracle RAC will work on LDoms guest domains with virtual devices with S10U5.
Oracle does not officially support Oracle RAC on LDoms because this configuration has not been certified yet. We are working with Oracle to get this certification. Hopefully Oracle RAC will be supported on LDoms when S10U5 is released. alex.
