Hi, I have got a question. I would like to allocate MAC addresses manually for guest ldoms, and to setup jumpstart server for it. There is an information on page 73 of Ldoms administration guide that logical domains have been assigned block of addresses from 00:14:4F:FC:00:00 - 00:14:4F:FF:FF:FF for manuall allocation. But on page 75 there is procedure how to create manual MAC addresses which recommends to use prefix 08:00:20. Both prefixes are registered to Sun Microsystems. The question: Which prefix do you recommend me to use, if I want to minimize possibility of clash with other ethernet cards or other domains. I need the static MAC address assignment, because I wan't to use jumpstart server with special configuration for different machines.
