Hi, I am attempting to migrate system images from 4 T2000's to a T5220 in 4 LDOMS. I would like to just image the systems and boot them up on the new server without any re-install or re-configuration. I know I wont be that lucky because the zones are configured with e1000g103001 type interfaces, but as minimal as possible. I need to basically keep the services online as much as possible, but need to physically move the servers about 60 miles.
What do I need to watch out for? Any gotchas? etc? What is the best way to make a disk image of the existing physical systems for use in LDOMS? Is this even possible or am I crazy? (wait, maybe don't answer that one) Thanks in advance, Tommy
