For OpenSolaris users, LDoms 1.3 has been pushed to the /dev,
/release and /support repositories on pkg.opensolaris.org.
To install it, run:

pfexec pkg install ldomsmanager

(and if you were previously running 1.2, do a 'pkg restart ldmd')
