There is not enough information here for anyone to help you.
What is the OS version ( including patch level ) what version of LDM?

What error specifically are you getting when you say you loose 
connection.  Is there a message in /var/adm/messages ?

You say you have IPMP configured where are these connections going to, 
the same switch or different ones?

Have you opened a case for this?
