Rebooting seemed to worked without problems. Haven't done much with ldm yet.

Currently eeprom shows two boot devices :d and :a:

eeprom | grep boot-device
boot-device=/p...@0/p...@0/p...@2/s...@0/d...@0,0:d
/p...@0/p...@0/p...@2/s...@0/d...@0,0:a
boot-device-index=0

Doesn't LU maintain the setting for boot-device? Shouldn't eeprom list only
the BE to be used for the next boot?

In my case I deleted the original BE (:a) after booting the new (:d) so from an
LU point of view there is only one BE:

lustatus
Boot Environment Is Active Active Can Copy
Name Complete Now On Reboot Delete Status
-------------------------- -------- ------ --------- ------ ----------
beslices3 yes yes yes no -

Thanks for the (previous) help and any insight on the boot-device setting

have a good weekend,
Glen
