You cannot have two IO domains on a T5120, at least not the way you want to...

The 5120 only has a single PCI bus therefore can only have a single IO domain...

Well... beong completely factual about this....

... you CAN split the the 10GbE NIU's to a second IO domain, but those are the only physical devices that IO domain would have (two 10GbE Ports), so its only a very limited version of a second IO domain (its still going to need to get boot disks from either its own network ports (via net boot) or via vdisks from the primary IO domain. This could be perfect for you if you want to create redundant network paths but not any use for other PCI devices or storage etc. Generally customers wanting multiple IO domains go for the T2+ based systems with two or more PCI buses.

You need to look at the T5140 or better still the T5240 which have two PCI buses and in the case of the T5240 plenty of PCI card slots to really let you have as much flexibility as you may need when adding cards, even better still is the T5440 with more PCI buses and more PCI slots.
