This isn't a panic caused by a CPU, the system cannot mount the root filesystem.

I haven't seen reports of this issue. If that output is from a service domain, 
it
could be an incorrectly configured device path for the vdsdev. Otherwise, you'd
have to investigate the ZFS config.
