I think I have figured it out on my own.

fcinfo hba-port will list the HBA port WWN's. then I can run

fcinfo remote-port -p <HBA WWN> -s and this lists the LUN number and the OS 
(mpxio) device name:

#  fcinfo remote-port -p 2101001b32a174f2 -s
Remote Port WWN: 500507680120ac83
        Active FC4 Types: SCSI
        SCSI Target: yes
        Node WWN: 500507680100ac83
        LUN: 0
          Vendor: IBM
          Product: 2145
          OS Device Name: /dev/rdsk/c6t60050768018105623000000000000519d0s2
        LUN: 1
          Vendor: IBM
          Product: 2145
          OS Device Name: /dev/rdsk/c6t6005076801810562300000000000051Ad0s2
        LUN: 2
          Vendor: IBM
          Product: 2145
          OS Device Name: /dev/rdsk/c6t6005076801810562300000000000051Bd0s2
