It has worked for me in V2.0. I find that one needs to use
devfsadm -C if you're using Solaris in the target domain to
see them once they've been added in the contro/IO domain.
You need both commands as well as another:
ldm add-vds primary-vds2 primary
ldm add-vdsdev /dev/dsk/<DISKSLICE> vdisk2@primary-vds2
ldm add-vdisk vdisk2 vdisk2@primary-vds2 <DOMAINNAME>
add-vds and add-vdsdev create the virtual disk infrastructure
in the control/IO domain. add-vdisk ties that infrastructure
to a target domain.
