That document is wrong (for the T3-4) as it says the on-board NIC's are all on 
one PCI bus when in fact they are not (split between two).   It also seems to 
show that the PCI slots are split 3-5-3-5 across the PCI switches - however an 
ldm ls-io shows four pci slots per PCI switch.
