I wrote a program called MLSRpt which reads data from the Extract function of
MLS and creates text files, MMS indexed directories, and CSV files that can be
inserted into Excel, Access, or any database, etc.

You can get the program on my web site (see below).  If you have questions,
comments, or suggestions, they are always welcome.
