Howdy, In our ward we have a couple serving as "ward web site coordinators" with admin privileges to the unit web site.
We use our ward web site to generate a print version of the ward calendar that gets handed out each month as part of the printed ward newsletter. Our "ward web site coordinators" submit individual events for birthdays on the calendar every time there is a birthday. We have a fair amount of move ins/move outs in the ward, and a recurring event doesn't seem to make sense for that reason. Is there a way to automate the process of submitting events?
