The birthday also would be easy, but for privacy reasons we didn't include it. We could do day/month and not year, but I still think there may be some who have issues with that. I'd say it is MSRs call - it they don't mind, we'll add it to the CSV and Vcard exports.
Month and day would be fine, although year would be good for people under 21. That will allow me to build YM/YW/Primary class lists from the export.
