Over the years the Church has changed it's stance on why 8y/o children get baptized and confirmed. Sometimes it was on the same day, sometimes it wasn't. Sometimes on Sundays, sometimes on Saturdays, sometimes on the birthday itself. I don't think you could guess anyone's confirmation date with any degree of success regardless of if they were BIC or not.
