Webconf package revived by meand to circumvent the access
restriction that concerns bin/packages/uclibc-0.9/28/.
The package is part of the major reworking of optical
presentation for the basic webconf pages. The package
in it self directly changes five pages, whereas four
other related updates are in individual lwp-packages.
