I believe this is inherently wrong
./iscsi/buildtool.mk
echo $(ESCKEY) "isofs\nvfat" > $(INITRD_TARGET_DIR)/boot/etc/modules
echo $(ESCKEY) "ext4" >> $(INITRD_TARGET_DIR)/boot/etc/modules
This gets those modules loaded even if there is no iscsi used to access
storage at boot.
