Where did this come from? I don't recognize the procedure as part of the
default Materhorn/Eiger config scripts, or my dhcp client/server packages,
so I assume it comes from 2.9.x or some other LRP package.
I think we need some way to more clearly identify the system a bug is being
reported for.
