I'm updating stty (it's been out of date for over a year!) and found 
something interesting.  Using the old version, you get this:

# stty --version
stty (GNU sh-utils) 1.16

Using the NEW version, you get this:

# ./stty --version
stty (GNU sh-utils) 2.0

This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There

Anyone notice all this blasted wordiness and legaleze?  For anyone 
who can't read legaleze, this is what *I* read there:

Who wants THAT in the version output?  Not me...
