Pending leaves the document in an admin queue. There are a couple of other
options too. The only one we're using is Active.

All the docs in that section were created by me. I haven't updated them in
the last few months. If you want to modify them just increment the version
number and add your name to the authors. Thanks for letting me know Matthew
Grant's site is no longer there.

Yes. :)
I backup the DocManager weekly. Extracting html from the backup is the only
way to revert to a prior version. So, make sure of your changes before
hitting submit.
