Whenever people bring up the issue of menus and gui
interfaces for Lrp, I always compare their suggestion
with the remote web interface scripts for the GnatBox,

       http://www.gnatbox.com/

It's what I ran as my 1.44 MB router/firewall while I lurked
on the Lrp list for a couple of weeks, building my 2.9.4.

Basically, for those of you that don't bother to
throw one together, in 1998, they already had built-in
support for most major nics and a web server that let
you configure everything remotely in Netscape.

So when I see something like this, I can only guess
that it's not necessarily the best implementation of
remote control, or control in general, mostly because
it requires "stuff" but doesn't do the netscape thing.

Regards,
Matthew
