Your question is a little confusing. Here are several possible scenarios and answers: Q1: I have an Oxygen (Materhorn... LRP... EigerStein... EigerStein2 Beta...) release and I want to upgrade my kernel to the version I compiled. A1: Copy bzImage over to the boot disk, overwriting the file "linux" on the boot disk. Q2: I want to create my own LRP from scratch. A2: Read docs over at http://www.linuxfromscratch.com - this is REALLY from scratch. You should go to http://leaf.sourceforge.net/ and read up on the Linux boot process. You should also read the LRP Developer's Guide that I wrote (what's the URL Mike?) You really should clarify your question so we can answer better... _______________________________________________ Leaf-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-devel
