One vote for phpWebSite.

It's possible for developers to do that, but I don't want to force anyone to use 
phpWebSite for their personal content.

All of the content resides in a MySQL database, so conversion isn't necessary. 
Although, modification of current html to comply with xhtml is useful. Tidy does a 
good job of cleaning up and converting html to xhtml.
