It would appear from discussion here and a search that proconfig was
folded into 2.4; in any case, the most recent versions at the web site
are:
0.8 (2.2 kernels): updated May 2000
0.9 (2.4 kernels): updated June 2000
I was quite disappointed at this, since this sounds quite desirable.
The CDROM I keep talking of has proconfig on it I believe. It didn't
look like it worked on 2.2.18 ...
