I suspect CVS is for text only (thus the wrappers eh?)
The wrappers aren't necessary for *.o, since my vision is pure source
code.

I'm working now on creating a */lrp directory which would contain all
of the appropriate files and a Makefile to create the *.lrp file. I'm
using hpa-tftp as the test.
