Aren't those the specs for the development environment? Midori uses a
development environment to build targets. The target system is much smaller
than this. I've heard 32MB mentioned for a target system. It's still larger
than Oxygen. :)

No. They are building a reference embedded distribution similar to
MontaVista's HardHat Linux or Lineo's Embedix.
