Seriously, as I understand it - the LEAF project will have *ONE* CVS
tree, and all of the administration of that CVS will be underneath
it.  So those who can post to the Oxygen tree can post to the
EigerStein2Beta tree, and they can also post to the Ladybug tree...

It would be nice to be able to separate this out; my understanding was
that it wasn't possible.

However, I'm really asking for comments about the model of
administration.  For example, there is the Linus Torvalds model:
benevelent dictator.  Then there is the busybox (FreeBSD?) model:
several well-chosen administrators who each can post.  There is
probably a "free-for-all" model as well as a "not-invented-here"
model, but we can skip those....

Trouble is here, if the distributions can't be separated out, then
differing models can't be chosen.

What do you all think?
