Hmm...If we loose libcrypt, will other stuff that authenticates (like ssh)
still work?

I'm not sure I'd axe ctar...I'm not sure busybox tar creates the directory
points required to properly backup LRP files (this was a discussion topic a
while ago...I just don't remember the results). Yes, several scripts will
have to be modified if ctar goes away...
