Eric,
I believe at this time that the SF staff was trying to slipstream an update
in. More than one project was affected. I also noticed German text on the
rblock of the SF home page shortly after our site started working again.
It's gone now. Apparently, the new SF code didn't work very well, and they
backed out of the change. :(
