Got too much time on your hands?
Too much bandwidth to the 'net?

Check out NewTek's live feed feed from the NAB trade show floor. Watch
demos of Light-wave (3D package), Aura (2D compositing package), and the
Video Toaster (live video production switcher).

Go to:
http://www.newtek.com/nab2001/ebooth.html

And pick the 100K or 300K stream...

NewTek is the company I work for, and I designed a big chunk of the hardware
for the Video Toaster that lets a computer system play/record live,
uncompressed D1 Video (digital video at 27 MBytes/s). What's amazing is
that modern computers can manipulate multiple streams of D1 video in
real-time, mixing, fading, color-correcting, and running DVE effects in the
process, with enough CPU cycles left over to turn the whole thing into a
windows meda stream (MPEG compressed) and spit it out over the 'net.
