Charles,
Is Dave C. releasing this initrd-dynamic patch under the GPL? Also, is it 
part of Butterfly?

Charles & David,
We can create a directory in the anonymous ftp area, or we can use the 
patch manager. Once CVS is functioning, we may want to place them in there. 
Where they go is entirely up to the two of you.
